I believe you can get your eyebrows done by electrical hair removal at Reflections in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella. I remember reading their menu of hair removal and they seem to do every part of the body. I think they also use laser or light treatment. Do you think this is the same as the electrical treatment you are referring to? Reflections is located at the Centro Plaza Commercial center next to the bullring in Puerto Banus.
