Couples Workshop - 20-21 August 2016

by Suzy Quix
(Marbella, Malaga, Spain)

In a safe and supportive environment you will be guided through the process of identifying ways to repair your conflicts, healing past wounds and grudges, and making a loving and intimate connection. Videos from real-life couples will be shown and you will practice together with your partner. This is a psycho educational workshop. Sharing in the group is voluntary.

Based on the bestselling book "Hold Me Tight, seven conversations for a lifetime of love" written by Dr. Sue Johnson. The book and program are based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT.) EFT is empirically validated and its outstanding success has been heralded in many scientific journals, professional magazines and media such as the New York Times and Psychology Today.
