Costa Women Evening

Costa Women is a social network community for expat women living in Spain to share friendship, support and provide knowledge about living in this vibrant country.

We have a monthly get together at The Loft in Calahonda and would love to meet other expat Women who are living here on the Costa. Our next event is on Thursday 21st July at 7 pm at The Loft, Calahonda.

We will be joined by Surayah and Mark who run The Living Raw Retreat. Surayah is a natural health educator and Mark is a raw food gourmet chef. They will be guiding us as to how we can take control of our own health without relying on pills and potions. Mark will show some quick and simple recipes and easy ways to incorporate healthy habits at home.

Luda will also be sharing on the night about Noni fruit which has incredible health and medicinal properties as well as giving us a Tahitian Noni tasting.

There won't be a Costa Women evening in August, so would really like to get as many Costa Women as possible along to the last event before September.
