This year the festival will be held on October 1 and 2, 2011. If you would like more information about the festival you can see their

Website: http://www.feriaqueso.es/edicact.htm
Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=110555339005377

The website is in Spanish, however, if you don´t speak Spanish, you may want to try and get more information on their Facebook page. With about 1,000 people invited and possibly looking at that page at one time or another, you´re bound to find someone who speaks English. So give it a go if you need some more information. We´ll be posting the new schedule as we get closer to October.
