I checked out Hipercor in Puerto Banus and they didn´t have any Cow and Gate baby milk. They had lots of other brands though. Will keep looking.

The only place that i know for Cow & gate is in Gib, there are similar spanish ones made by Nestlé and Puleva, they are called leche de contunuación and you can get them in Mercadona and in Supersol.

I have found that you can find Cow and Gate milk at Iceland in Mijas which is about a 20 minute drive from Marbella. They carry the powder and the ready to drink versions.
