I´m an English & Spanish speaker with more than 9 years experience in the Real Estate sector in la costa del sol.
I´m looking for a job in a well established company within the Marbella - Mijas costa area as secretary,P.A,or office Manager.
I´m reliable , hard worker,able to work under own initiative and happy to take in new challenges ! so I certainly believe I can be an asset to your company.
Among other responsibilities ,I have been in charge of :
*Manage office Diary, and provide full secretarial support to the Management, & Sales Departments. General office supplies & liaise with IT specialist
*Managing the databases (clients & collaborating agencies), and lead allocation to sales agents. Immediate allocations of walk in clients to agents.
*New listings input- keeping record and follow up vendor’s paperwork-Decree compliance (Infocasa & Resales Online).
*Inputting and maintenance of new listings in the company’s international property portals: Rightmove, Kyero, Think Spain, Zoopla etc
*Full training to the new team (Sales & Telemarketing): CRM systems, sales procedure, spreadsheets, product and sales process.
*Human Resources & Gestoría liaison :new staff contracts,renovations,and company paperwork in general:opening licence,contact with landlords...
*Full administrative & secretarial support : marketing, databases, web site, figures and statistics, property portals, papers, marketing distribution to agencies (pictures, price lists, collaboration agreements...etc.),sales ,Reservation & Deposit contracts and contact with lawyers
*Email marketing campaigns to both clients and agencies. Client segmentation & allocation of viewings to sales agents
*Marketing coordinator: ads in papers, recruitment, directories input, office window cards rotation..
*Sales and Completions follow up: Invoicing & Chasing Payments. Contact with lawyers until sale completion.
