Developing Homes and townhouse investments for Clients in the ($500,000- 2.2 Mil) Range.
Key skills include, Drafting, Estimation, site evaluation and Preliminary engineering quotation, Council approvals and Financial Brokerage (inc. investment and superannuation)

As well as follow up project management to ensure my clients are happy.

I do have an advanced Sales Accumen and a highly positive reputation in South Australia.
With an extended reputation into Charity Work.

I'd be best suited for Roles as a RE Agent, Financial Consultant
(Property investment, Shares and Brokerage) or in High end Sales (Condos and developments)


My goal has been to move overseas to find decent work so I can save up to start a NFP unemployment charity for South Australia.
