We've tested out some of their products and our favorite is the vanilla shake for Diabetics...and we aren't even diabetic, but the flavor is fantastic. Click here to read more...

The best thing about Osaka is the tepanyaki show. Watch the video to see what I mean. Click here to watch the video…

FYI, the toll road from the airport to Marbella (and vice versa) is 6.50 euro. I discovered this last week on a trip on the toll road. Keep it in mind if you’re just flying in and not sure which road to take.

* Stay vigilant!

Last week my sister-in-law had her wallet stolen from H&M in La Cañada. I posted a word of caution on our Facebook wall and we have been receiving a stream of comments (that are still continuing!) from our followers about their experiences. It seems like everyone I talk to has had something stolen from La Cañada shops, parking lots, El Corte Inglés and just about anywhere there is high traffic.

Please stay vigilant and keep your bags and money secured tightly and be wary of any suspicious looking people or behavior.

Don´t forget the power of the BUZZ! Please tell your friends and family about our newsletter or to follow us on Twitter or Facebook.

Thank you... and see you next Friday.
