One of our readers is looking for a saxophonist to play at a wedding in June. Is there anyone you can recommend? Reply to this newsletter or send us your recommendation with contact details to marbellafamilyfun@gmail.com and we will forward it on.

* Be vigilant!

Just a reminder to our holiday makers and locals to always keep an eye out on your personal belongings when you are out and about. Pickpocketing is commonplace here, particularly during high season. Try leaving your passports, drivers license, extra cash and other valuables in your hotel room safe or apartment if it’s not absolutely necessary. Never hang your handbag over the back of your chair and just remain generally vigilant (not paranoid!) when in shopping malls, parking lots and other high traffic areas.

We hope you never have to, but just in case, this is how you report a crime in Marbella
